No Return/No Exchange Policy
Most of the items sold on our website are pre-loved and thrifted. Please manage your expectations. The items are curated, thus we strive to sell only the items which are in good condition. Additionally, the items are pre-washed and sanitized for your safety.

Return Shipping
In case the order has been returned by the shipping company due to no answer from the buyer, the buyer will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive a wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancelled Orders
We do not accept cancelling of orders.
